Big News!
Our tulips have finally emerged! After a very long, cold and snowy winter and spring so far, we thought the snow would never melt. There was a lot of snow storms, blizzards, freezing rain and very cold days over the winter and spring! We just had a few warm and sunny days in a row and the snow melted on most of the garden. When we went out to observe today, our tulips were emerged! Some were quite high and there were some little tips just popping out of the ground. There were even some coming through the ice and when we pushed back the snow at one end of the garden, they were coming up there too. We even found a big earthworm in the garden. Spring is really here now in Miramichi!
