This is a follow-up photo to my 4/25/2018 report (Monarch Adult Sighted). This is the female monarch who was fluttering low looking for good milkweed. Her expression as she checks out this milkweed seems to say, "Ugh, bugs! I'll find better milkweed than this to lay my eggs on." She didn't waste any more than a few seconds with that milkweed and away she went.
