Sightings report image

Date: 05/05/2018

Number: 6

This tattered female monarch was laying eggs. We gathered 6 to rear and be part of a boy scout project. I am sure there must be more. The milkweed is very small. I hope some survive in the garden. We have some greenhouse grown swamp milkweed to feed the project larvae. were delighted to get these this early in the season.
