Toronto monarch tagger Terry Whittam reported to me that Walter Fisher and Hugh Reid spotted a monarch on a property on Bayshore Road, Presqu'ile Provincial Park, Brighton, Ontario, BUT that he missed seeing it. Apparently monarchs were also seen last week near this property.
