Arriving home from work around 4:30, I was surprised to see a monarch flitting between my garden and my neighbors'. It landed a couple times, but not closely enough that I could get a photo to see if M or F. I only have my milkweed just starting to emerge... I looked and there was one egg on my common milkweed and two eggs on a swamp milkweed. Sunny and mid-70's. Let the monarch season begin!
