I spotted the male monarch we raised in captivity last Saturday in the garden. He was on the milkweed and other plants. Haven't seen him since. Haven't seen any migrating ones either.
I have 4 milkweed plants. They are thriving. Just bought another one to plant. Also, lots of nectar plants.
