7:25pm Larger adult, male BC seen at kitchen feeder. Due 2 extreme heat wave this wk. & noticing songbirds panting I made some 5:1 nectar & put in the large 32 oz. Perkey-Pet feeder just in case they wanted extra water. Last Summer they were drinking H2O out of the red ant-moats. I wash them daily just like I do the feeder's. Haven't noticed any hummers feeding from the 5:1 Ratio but there just in case.
