This morning, I reported (1) first adult monarch butterfly sighted in Rhein, this year.
Then I attended Rhein's annual Sports Day, where my husband was umpiring.
About 4:30 p.m., I came home to feed our pets and saw more monarchs by our lilac hedge - at least 5! Before returning to the sports grounds, I counted up to 7 monarch butterflies at once!
