This is my first Monarch larva to see this year. It is on swamp milkweed and in our back yard. It looks mighty hardy, healthy, and hungry! This is the first sign of a Monarch that I've seen this year in our back yard. I'm hoping their numbers are building in the Midwest and across the country.
