Yesterday, saw a monarch actually settle on milkweed. When I checked just afterwards, I saw she'd laid two eggs on that milkweed shoot.
She was later seen flying back to the milkweed patch, so hopefully there will be more eggs.
The picture isn't very clear, but it's all I have so far.
