Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 06/20/2018

Number: 1

I was pulling weeds and at the bottom of an aster type wild flower I found this guy. He/she may have tried nibbling on this plant given the nearest milkweed was a good 10 feet away, under a fence, across a sidewalk and onto the boulevard garden. The other option as to it's origin is even further away with more obstacles. It's been brought inside and I've set it up with some common milkweed. Hopefully it is still got enough strength left to eat.
