First day of summer! The birds are very active, especially the hummingbirds, robins and swallows. So many plants blooming-milkweeds, penstemons, lilies, roses, Early sunflower, Hoary vervain, Thimbleweed, Coreopsis, Elderberry and Catalpa. Monarch, Bronze copper, Eastern-tailed Blue, Summer azure, Pearl crescent and Cabbage white butterflies seen today.
