3 adult monarchs at one time in our garden. The female in the picture was laying eggs. The other two didn't stay still long enough to identify their genders. These were seen before we released a captive-reared monarch, so we assume they are wild, unless they came from one of the dozens of neighbors who are also raising monarchs.
