A beautiful monarch, (possibly a female) appeared June 23, flying all around my butterfly habitat garden and patio with many nectar sources and milkweed plants (common and tropical varieties). It has been here 3 days now, even after 50-60 mph winds last night as a front moved through. High 90's temp after a very cool morning. Many Queens have also arrived since my Blue Mist started blooming in the last 4 days.
