Seen from Cheyney road, Thornbury Park , Chester county , Pa , just adjacent to Cheyney University of PA. I was not able to get a photo unfortunately. There were other large birds much further away all riding vectors. I could only confirm one was a bald eagle by the white head, white tail feathers and flat flying posture.
