Monarch sighted about 2:00 pm resting in a Ponderosa Pine then moving to rest in a Juniper -- total rest about 25 minutes then went on its way. The fore wings were in good shape -- the hind wings were badly worn.
There are a lot of milkweed on the farm. The day was partly overcast, 95 degrees temp with a slight east breeze.
