I don't actually know how many monarchs we saw at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum today. There were LOTS of them. The one in the picture was laying eggs on very tiny Asclepias tuberosa seedlings and nectaring on flowers of the mature plants, as well as on other milkweeds and echinacea.
