Big fat caterpillar hanging in J on rim of flower pot on back deck. Excited. This would be the first time I saw a crysalis in the wild. Checked on him after lunch. Nothing left but a tiny piece of green. Someone ate him. Not a wonder they usually hide so well. Very sad he spent his whole life crawling and never got to fly.
