I am well into my second generation of adult Monarchs. This last 2 were brand new from my small common milkweed field. Two weeks ago saw another but failed to report. The milkweed is starting to set pods as the flowers fade but is still in good shape.
I am disappointed as this time last year I had double the number of sightings. But I am hopeful that the Monarchs will rebound as I see the females laying eggs and the newborns do appear.
