Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 07/17/2018

Number: 100

Monarchs are everywhere, seen a pair mating in my yard today as well as a dozen flying around, lots of eggs and caterpillars, I can’t take any in right now as I will be on a work trip for a couple weeks. Went by a 15 acre clover hayfield about a mile down the road, unreal, I pulled over and tried to count, there were more then a 100, I had to check the calendar because this is what it looked liked during the first week in September...actually there are more now then last year when I was tagging in this field. This is wild, I also drove down to southern Minnesota last week and seen 100s and unfortunately hit around 10, there are so many.
