Today between 1:30 and 3:30 PM, I hiked around Harrisville State Park including the Lake Huron shoreline and observed 5 monarchs of which 2 were females. I also saw 4 monarch larva in different Instar stages on milkweed. Weather was windy, temperature 74F. and sunny with rain approaching.
