Observed Monarch at R.T. Cheeseman Provincial Park in NFLD. Realized that it would be a rare sighting, so informed Park Rangers who were able to observe Monarch to confirm sighting. Also took a video with my cell phone of Monarch and then was able to include park signage in the video.
