Last May, I released 16 Monarchs. Then, in June, 12 baby caterpillars just died over night. They were in an enclosure for protection. The same thing happened to a friend of mine in LaVerne, California--16 releases in May and half of her caterpillars died in June. Could this be just a coincidence?
