July 30, 2018, after releasing five of my own adult monarch butterflies, I have continued to see at least two adult monarch butterflies at my way station each day. One is male and one is female. I am unaware if these adult monarchs are MY butterflies or if they are new to my way station. I have ordered monarch tags and when I receive them, I will tag my personal reared monarchs. I hope that will deter reporting adult monarchs that I, myself, have not raised.
