Today is Sunday Aug 5. beginning Aug 2, Thursday, I have seen different HBs in my yard but only one at a time. There's a tiny weeny one that feasts on red salvia. there are two others. The largest one was on the red bee balm, milk weed or joe pye weed, and red salvia.
the med sized one was feeding on red bee balm and red salvia.
my zinnias & red salvia are just coming out in good numbers now after all of that rain. late start this year. Last year and years past I have had 5-6 HB at once fighting over my garden. Hope they all return.
