It's late afternoon now and 2 more monarchs came in from the north side and they're hard to see in this pic. The one that's atop the tithonia performed a sort of patrol when he was done drinking. Flew to the north side (the front) then looped back around to fly north again. Thought he was gone but 15 minutes later showed back up near the same tithonia...unless that's another monarch. They're starting to get hard to keep track of but I love it!
