Observed one adult Bald Eagle at French River in Ontario. We were fishing in a boat near Chaudiere Rapids and the Eagle landed in the top of a Pine tree approximately 250 ft. away. The Eagle sat in the tree top for at least 5 minutes while we angled and caught some fish. It appeared the Eagle may have been waiting for a handout of fish or was attracted to a dead fish floating nearby.
