It was dark outside @ 5 a.m. when I found a very tiny larva...IN MY REFRIGERATOR. The map marks my refrigerator. I knew it was on one of the common milkweed leaves I brought home two days ago but couldn't find it. So I washed all the leaves and accepted that the tiny caterpillar must have gone down the drain. To my amazement I found it again...cold and inactive. That changed when it warmed up and marched right over to the smallest leaf tips and starting eating. Again, whew.
