In an unused pasture where I have just discovered filled with whorled milk weed. My husband was going to cut it for livestock bedding but he will not cut it now. No eggs or larva seen. But yes sighted at least 30 separate monarchs. I have seen at least one Monarch daily since the beginning of July.
