At 5 PM today, I saw one very faded male and another monarch on my Joe-pye-weed. I decided to go to Harrisville State Park and observed a monarch flying down by the rail road tracks. I then went to 3rd Street where I saw a pair mating and I was able to tag three monarchs. I tagged two females with YGN-912 and 913. The male I tagged with YGN-914. Weather was very humid, overcast, with the temperature at 80F.
