This is a large area with abundant purple loosestrife. In 2016 there were 100+ during peak migration. In 2017 most of the loosestrife had been removed so there were very few monarchs here.
In addition to the returning purple loosestrife there is also a couple large patches of Joe Pye. I anticipate this to be a busy spot.
