Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 08/24/2018

Number: 20

My milkweed patch is pretty much swarming with Monarch larva now. 3 adults have taken up residence for the month of August (so far) and are just eating, resting, and making babies. I made a conservative estimate of 20 larva, but there are so many I can't really count them. There could be as many as a few dozen, and the adults are still laying eggs, so they just keep coming.
