We had a monarch visit our milkweed and lay eggs 7/28/18. We have observed them over the month as the eggs hatched and little caterpillars became bigger caterpillars and then cocooned. There were 25 chrysalis that are all hatching open and we are able to observe the adults until they leave the milkweed. Today we had 12 hatch.
