Two larvae, one recently hatched and the other about an inch long. I hadn't been checking because although we've had our swamp milkweed plants for years, this is the first time, to my knowledge, that larvae have developed on them, so I had kind of given up. I only saw the babies because the plants were drooping into a path and I was raising them back up.
