Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 08/22/2018

Number: 7

In the Ted Blowes Memorial Pollinator Peace Garden, around 5:00 p.m. there were 7 Monarchs roosting in 2 trees. One was a cedar and the other a maple. There were still Monarchs nectaring in the garden as well. I returned later, and saw a couple of Monarchs flying at the top of a tall tree but couldn’t see any roosting due to being too high up.
