Two monarch butterflies, clearly identified, flying south through Castlewood Canyon State Park, Douglas County. In addition, yesterday I spotted 4 monarch butterflies west of Castle Rock (Douglas County), on the edge of Pike National Forest. I wonder if we are on the west edge of this year's migration. Plenty of sunflowers, goldenrod, asters, gum cups, and rabbitbrush for nectar. CCSP is Way Station 9419
