Monarch Waystation #299 aka Virginia Living Museum reports a male monarch nectaring on Virgin's Bower Clematis [growing near the Children's Learning Garden] at the same time that a female was seen laying eggs on both tropical and common milkweeds growing in the nearby Children's Learning Garden. Sighting made while walking past the area during a volunteer morning shift between about 9:30 or 10 am.
