I could not tell if it was a male or female as it was moving pretty fast. There were plenty of flowers for feeding but it looked like it was looking for a place to lay eggs. If I would have caught it I would have taken it to my garden where I still have some milkweed left. Hopefully she found a spot to to dump her eggs.
