Monarch Waystation #299 aka Virginia Living Museum reports a male seen near the Children's Learning Garden in the morning between 8:30 am and Noon nectaring on Clematis [Virgin's Bower], then at Noon 2 monarchs were nectaring on Rudbeckia and Ironweed growing near the gate to the access road which runs near the Wason Ed Center. I'm not sure if I was seeing the previous male twice or not, the locations are fairly close together and have been noticed as part of a "nectar circuit" monarchs tend to follow on the grounds. Marker is placed about halfway between the 2 locations.
