Monarch Waystation #299 aka Virginia Living Museum reports a monarch flying around and nectaring near the Children's Learning Garden area in the morning, seen sometime between 8:30 and 10 am. By its nectaring + patrolling behavior it seemed to be a male, perhaps the one seen there 2 days before. It did not stay still long enough or at the right angle to confirm gender.
