FLIGHT DELAY here in St. Anthony, Minnesota where 20 eyes (two are mine) are watching the predicted all-day rain interfere with takeoff. Nine monarchs are comfortable but I bet not happy. It's almost 72 degrees with pouring rain. Note: hard to type this with all my fingers crossed for better weather.
