We raised and released 47 monarchs between mid Aug and now. The earliest ones mated before leaving and we have about 12 chrysalis and about 15 late stage caterpillars left.
I’ve been able to let friends and family follow their development via text to encourage others to do the same or at least plant some milkweed!
