Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/06/2018

Number: 10

10 ruby throated hummers were flying to and fro so much they almost needed a flight plan. They nectared from salvias but really preferred the nectar feeders and one in particular. Most seem to be females but at least 1 is an immature male. The little zippers are really putting on weight. Getting ready for the push south. Quitting time tonight was 7:54 pm which was a minute later than 9/5. Only about a month left in our hummer season now.
