I am new to this site, but wanted to let you know that to date, I've raised and released 37 monarchs and still have 16 in chrysalis and about 10 more cats to go. After not seeing any Monarchs in my garden for years, last year I planted 2 mature SwampMilkweed plants and like magic, they came!! Last year, I raised and released 18.... this year I will top 50!! I actually bought 3 more plants, plus the seeds I planted last year.
I am humbled and honored to help these beautiful creatures... and they always pose for a picture before flying off!!!
