With a NNE wind at 7 mph, I did not see any signs of a migration in the AM, so I took an afternoon walk and observed 2 monarchs at Harrisville State Park and 1 at the end of 2/3rd Street fields. I then went through town at observed 2 monarchs and saw 1 monarch at the Health Department ponds. Finally, I observed 5 monarchs at Harrisville Harbor at 4:30PM in the sun and the temperature was 65F.
