Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 09/10/2018

Number: 24

Three monarch adult butterflies showed up in our yard towards the end of August. They started laying eggs like crazy on the common milkweed that somehow was still growing in our yard. For the last three weeks, we have had eggs and larva and some larva have hopefully gone off to "morph." We still see the adults, but no more than two or three at a time.
