Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/13/2018

Number: 2

In this video, there are two hummingbirds swirling and twirling with each other. They are always doing this! One tiny hummingbird guards the feeder in the background by perching in the pine tree or on top of the shepherds hook. She stays here all day guarding the feeder! She leaves at sunset, just as the last beam of light has gone. I have two feeders in the front and two in the back. I see two hummingbirds in the backyard, as well. I think I have four altogether, but it's hard to tell. I have seen three at the same time! The tiny girl was just at the feeder now, and another one came by, and she went chasing after it! I am watching them from my kitchen window, and they are putting on quite a show! I have had a lot of hummingbirds all summer long. Can you tell me if they have babies in the trees surrounding my yard, do those babies come back to my yard? It seems like it to me, because I seem to have more regular summer hummingbirds than ever!
