Today I took my 2 mile walk and observed 10 monarchs at 2 of my 7 locations. At Harrisville State Park, I observed 3 monarchs along the beach and was able to net and tag one female monarch. Tag is YGN-972. At Harrisville Harbor, I observed 7 monarchs and was able to net and tag a male and female monarch. Tags are YGN-973 and YGN-974. Weather was sunny with the wind NW turning to the NE at 11 mph. Temperature was 75F.
