Monarch Waystation #299 AKA Virginia Living Museum volunteer reports 3 monarchs seen at the Children's Learning Garden this morning sometime around 9:30 or 10 am while walking on shift. 1 female was seen laying an egg on Common Milkweed while 2 males were nectaring on various flowers.
