Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/16/2018

Number: 12

Another day with at least 12 ruby throated hummers coursing around the yard all the time. They continue to switch off feeding on salvias and firecrackers and the nectar feeders. 2 narrow-neck pinch-waist feeders in backyard are favorite feeding locations. A cool front is supposed to come through in a couple days. I expect quite a few hummers will leave with the change in weather. Quitting time was 7:37 p.m. tonight.
